About

I am Niklas Femerstrand. I make and break code to disrupt established systems and norms. To do so I involve myself in various projects regarding software development, cryptography and general human rights and freedom.

I’ve worked on the frontline of changing outdated economic models as a back end developer for Flattr. I’ve been involved in Telecomix fighting political censorship and keeping the flow of data alive during times of crisis. I enjoy philosophizing about technology and societies, preferably a combination of the two.

You can find me on various IRC networks. If you feel that you wish to contact me urgently pinging me on Twitter (@qnrq) is probably your best shot.
